1. How to Purchase
A Pro subscription can be purchased directly inside the Service. Payment is processed through Uzum Bank and other supported local payment systems. Once payment is confirmed by the provider, Pro access is activated automatically on your account — no separate delivery step is required.
2. Nature of the Product
The Pro subscription is a digital service, not a physical good. It grants unlimited chapter reading for the duration of the paid period. Because it is consumed immediately upon activation, standard rules for returning physical merchandise do not apply.
3. Refund Conditions
Amounts paid for a Pro subscription are refundable only in the following cases:
- A duplicate or erroneous payment was charged for the same period
- Payment was taken but Pro access was never activated due to a technical fault on our side
- Refund is required by applicable consumer-protection legislation
Outside of these cases, subscription payments are non-refundable once Pro access has been activated, as the digital content/service has already been delivered.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support bot with your account details, the payment date, and the payment method used. Include a screenshot or receipt of the transaction if available.
5. Processing Time
Eligible refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (e.g. the Uzum Bank card or account used) within the timeframe set by that payment provider, typically 5–14 business days.
6. Cancelling Auto-Renewal
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current active period — Pro access remains available until the period you already paid for ends.
